All-On-Four
Total prostheses over implants on both archs. It can be done on only one arch.
This protocol that uses 4 implants per arch allows that temporary fixed teeth are placed in the same day as the surgery is done.
The patient maintains the aesthetics and chewing functions from day 1.
The more functional and aesthetically better looking permanent prostheses are built around 6 months after the surgery to allow a complete healing of the bone and gums.
